Alumni Organisations
Alumni Lovanienses is the central organsation that coordinates approximately 30 alumni associations representing the different study programmes of KU Leuven. It has an alumni database, a portal site accessible only to former students of the KU Leuven. The Dutch-speaking alumni of the Institute of Philosophy have an association called the Wijsgerig Gezelschap te Leuven (WGL).
The English-speaking alumni of the Institute also have an association, known simply as the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association publishes an annual newsletter called The Leuven Philosophy Newsletter, which chronicles the year's activities at the Institute, and features articles, interviews and alumni news. The Association was recently incorporated as a non-profit organisation in the US through the efforts of Prof. David Boileau. For information, contact Emilia Brodencova.
